Our Policy

Shipping Charges

National:
  1. All Shipping charges are Free for Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/COD purchases above Rs 500 order value. Below Rs 500 order value, a courier charge of Rs.50 will be added for prepaid & COD orders.
  2. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 7 to 10 working days from the date of order/purchase (excluding National Holidays and weekends).
  3. Shipping delays may occur due to unavoidable situations.
International:
  1. All Shipping charges are Free for Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking purchases of $100 and above.
  2. For purchases below $100 (0 to 99), a Shipping Charge of $20 per order will apply.
  3. A Shipping Charge is an additional amount charged by the Courier Company for delivering goods to your doorstep.
  4. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 10 to 15 working days from the date of order/purchase (excluding National Holidays and weekends).

Cash On Delivery

National:
  1. Cash on delivery service is available.
  2. COD service is available for all places under serviceable pin-codes.
International:

We do not provide Cash on delivery service for International Shipping. Only prepaid service is available.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of Prepaid or COD orders must be done within 24 hours of purchase (highly recommended).
  2. As per bank rules, 100% of the amount will be refunded within 21 days after the date of cancellation.

Note: Both points above are applicable for National and International Shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for undamaged and resalable products with tags and original packaging. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the products. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned or exchanged products.

In case of Apparels:
  1. Products with size issues must be returned unused and undamaged with original tags intact. We recommend checking our size chart carefully when placing an order.
  2. Product exchanges for a different color are subject to availability.
In case of Leather:
  1. Leather Products can be exchanged for a different color from available stock only.
  2. Leather Products are repaired free of charge within the 1-year warranty period. Repairs after warranty expiration may incur costs depending on the nature of the work.

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds for returned articles will be issued only after receipt of products in proper condition and quality checking at our end.

In case of Apparels:
  1. Customers with size issues, where the required size is not available, can receive a refund provided the product is returned unused with original tags.
  2. Customers with genuine quality issues.
  3. Lost packages returned with proof of transit.
  4. If the wrong product is shipped to the customer.
International:

No refunds are available for international shipping. Only replacements can be provided, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

In case of Leathers:
  1. Customers with color issues, where the required color is not available, can receive a refund provided the product is returned unused with original tags.
  2. Customers with genuine quality issues.
  3. If the wrong product is shipped to the customer.
